Ultimate Sports Nutrition (USN) has announced it has secured the title sponsorship to sports facility, pharmacy Bolton Arena.
The arena, pharmacy which was designed for Bolton Council and its partners Sport England and the Lawn Tennis Association, will be known as the USN Bolton Arena at the end of June.
USN will be working alongside Bolton Arena and its staff to provide nutritional support and education on relevant products to assist teams and coaching with all aspects of sports nutrition, with the aim of improving performance and getting the most out of participation.
As part of the deal the range of USN Energy Drinks will be available through the Arena cafe, vending machines and sports shops for sports participants and visitors to enjoy.
Exclusive USN and Bolton Arena incentives/giveaways will be run on a regular basis to offer customers and users of the venue a little something extra.
Bolton Arena Commercial Manager Gwyn Hughes said: “We are delighted to have USN as our first ever title sponsor. As one of the foremost sports nutrition brands in the world, they are a fantastic fit with Bolton Arena. The relationship allows us to extend our range of services and offer a better customer experience for all of our customers, from those using the Arena for recreation, fitness and fun to those developing into elite sportspeople. It will also allow us to continue to invest in our facilities and our community sports programmes. ”
USN Managing Director Jason Oakley added: “Both USN and Bolton Arena hope to be able to offer all current and future users of the venue a great experience, whether they are participating or watching competitive sports. Sporting stars will undoubtedly be produced at the USN Bolton Arena over the coming years and the relationship between USN and the venue will enable these stars, along with all other Arena customers to take part, have fun and keep fit in a great environment.“
Most notably the 9,000 capacity Bolton Arena has hosted the Badminton tournament during the 2002 Commonwealth Games and is the home arena for boxer Amir Khan.
