Sky Deutschland Partner with PERFORM to Stream Sports on ePlayer

Sky Deutschland have partnered with digital sports media group PERFORM to distribute sports channels in Germany and Austria across ePlayer, a sports VOD broadcast platform by PERFORM.

Highlights and news from the Bundesliga and 2 will be available, along with the DFB-Pokal, the English Premier League, Sky90, Wimbledon tennis tournament and news-clips from Sky Sports News HD.

Manuel Lopez, Managing Director, PERFORM Germany said: “This partnership complements all the other great content we are already streaming and distributing on ePlayer. The additional highlights from Sky’s sports programming ensures that we are providing the best and most relevant sports content for brands to help engage with online fans.”

Mediasports, PERFORM’s advertising sales business in Germany, will sell the advertising across the new channels on ePlayer.

ePlayer streamed over 4.5bn videos in 2012 from over 20 sports in 24 countries.
