Sir Nick Faldo Becomes Mastercard Ambassador

MasterCard has announced its newest ambassador, mind Six-time major champion Sir Nick Faldo.

The golf legend has won three Open Championships and three Masters and more than 40 tournament victories.

The new relationship will add to the company’s roster of seven world-class golf ambassadors including Ian Poulter, Graeme McDowell, Camilo Villegas, Boo Weekley, Brandt Snedeker, Harris English and five-time Open Championship winner and golfing legend, Tom Watson. The announcement is being made at The Open Championship today in the United Kingdom.

MasterCard’s sponsorship of golfing properties at a global level includes the Arnold Palmer Invitational Presented by MasterCard, the PGA TOUR, the Champions Tour and The Open Championship.
