Overview:
The Security Manager creates and manages a Security program that fosters a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. The Security Manager is responsible for event security and the day-to-day security operations at AT&T Stadium. The Security Manager should have a broad spectrum background in facility and event operations. The Security Manager reports to the Senior Director of Event Operations.
Job Duties:

Manage security services contract

Oversee daily security operations
-
Develop policies and procedures for security operations
-
Oversee security operations for events
-
Maintain relationships with public safety liaisons
-
Manage incident reporting for operations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets relative to staffing daily operations
- Oversee staffing plans for security operations
- Interface with other stadium constituents regarding security issues
- Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Senior Director of Event Operations
- Manage security licenses for Access Management staff
Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management or a related area of study required
- – 5+ years of experience supervising event and/or security staff (stadium, arena, convention center, performing arts facility) required
- – 5+ years of experience managing facility and event operations required
- – Experience managing security technology systems including CCTV, electronic access control, and ISS 24/7 Incident Management System required
- – Able to be licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau as a Qualified Manager
- – Previous attendance at Venue Management School, Academy for Venue Safety and Security or similar programs preferred
- – Certified Sport Safety & Security Professional (CSSP) preferred
- – Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required
- – Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
- – Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
- – Able to work in high stress situations in a calm manner
- – Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
- – Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
- – Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
