SAP enhance matchday experience with #CityPulse

A new feature from Manchester City and SAP SE, has given supporters access to key player statistics and a range of exciting content in the build up to games at the Etihad Stadium.
The Club and its official Cloud Software Provider has unveiled the new #CityPulse Wall ahead of the Premier League clash with Bournemouth on Saturday.
Located in City Square, the latest addition to the Etihad Stadium matchday experience is the Premier League’s first fan-friendly, interactive digital wall featuring a touchscreen interface and video display.
Certain to be a conversation starter before Pep Guardiola’s starting eleven is revealed, the #CityPulse Wall provides access to real-time player statistics across the First Team, Man City Women and Elite Development Squad.
A must visit for keen statisticians, supporters will have the opportunity to analyse their favourite players throughout the season and thanks to tailored performance indicators, will gain a greater understanding of how the Blues are performing on the pitch.
A range of exciting content will also bring a new dimension in the build up to kick off. With head-to-head comparisons, CityTV content, fan quizzes and polls, the #CityPulse Wall offers plenty of pre-game entertainment.
Central to this is a ‘memory maker’ which allows Blues to create and share their own unique, digital postcards, and with a live social media feed, fans can also join the pre-match conversation.

The arrival of the #CityPulse Wall follows a collaboration between SAP, the Club and the fans last season, when the idea of providing behind the scenes player statistics was trialled on the City Matchday App. Influenced by supporter feedback, the #CityPulse Wall is the latest step in the Club’s ongoing to commitment to enhancing fan experience.
The Club’s new website will also benefit from SAP’s expertise, as a series of statistical widgets will soon be visible on ManCity.com, which will bring player, team and matchday data alive.
