About the opportunity: We are extremely excited to be searching for a Head of Partnership Sales to come and join us in a senior leadership role as we embark on a significant chapter within the history of Everton Football Club.

As Head of Partnership Sales you will be responsible for leading a team in driving the acquisition of new commercial partners into the Everton family. You will be a target driven self-starter, with an ability to influence senior decision making.

The role will require strategic thinking – as you work with other relevant key stakeholders to develop, evolve and refine the partnership programme the Club offers to create compelling opportunities that capture the imagination of global brands and capitalises on the growing list of partnership opportunities the Club possesses.

As an exceptional salesperson, you will be responsible for leading the sales outreach to take the Club’s partnership programme to market, securing long term commercial agreements that support achieving our revenue journey.

A key focus for the role will be harnessing the commercial value and reach of the Everton brand, an engaged and expanding fanbase and our position within the most watched sports league in the world to deliver sustained growth.

FIFA Launches Tender Process In UK For Media Rights To FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023

FIFA has today launched an invitation to tender (ITT) in the United Kingdom for the sale of media rights to the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™.

Since its inception in 1991, the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ has grown exponentially to become the most-watched single-sport event for women globally. The most recent edition – the FIFA Women’s World Cup France 2019™ – attracted a record audience of over 1.1 billion viewers and smashed domestic viewing figures in many territories, including the UK, where a peak audience of 11.7 million viewers was reached for the semi-final between England and the USA – the top sports audience of the year.

The 2023 edition of the FIFA Women’s World Cup will be co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand and will take place in nine Host Cities and ten stadiums across the two countries from 20 July to 20 August 2023. Following the amazing success of the 2019 event, the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 will be the first edition of the tournament to feature 32 teams (previously 24) following the decision by FIFA to expand the tournament to accelerate the growth and development of the women’s game. 

The tender process will allow FIFA to select the media companies that are best placed to achieve FIFA’s overall objectives to deliver high-quality, comprehensive coverage of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 and attract financial investment to help support and accelerate the growth and development of women’s football.

Overview of the role

We’re looking for someone to take on the challenge of helping activate our brand across Sponsorship and PR as we move into the most exciting period in Vanarama’s history as we become part of the AutoTrader family. We need a creative, strategic, and highly organised person with a passion for football, content, and brand activation. This role sits across both football and automotive so will offer great variety. You’ll be tasked with growing our authority in electric vehicle leasing for organic search by building a strong digital PR strategy. We’ll also give you the creative freedom to execute standout PR and marketing campaigns across our football sponsorship to increase fan engagement with our brand. This role will also work closely with our Internal Comms team to champion our sponsorship and PR campaigns to help encourage our people to become advocates for the brand.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the key tentpole events of the National League football calendar including the end of season ceremonies and Promotion Final at Wembley Stadium.

Senior Integrity Manager

We are now looking for a Senior Integrity Manager that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:

  • Advising and supporting the Head of Integrity in setting the right strategic objectives and goals for the department
  • Coordinating, under the direction of the Head of Integrity, the department programmes to protect the integrity of football matches and competitions
  • Coordinating complex investigations related to integrity and match manipulation
  • Helping to maintain relationships with key national and international stakeholders such as betting operators, regulators, sports integrity units, law enforcement agencies and state authorities, as well as other external relationships
  • Supporting and further developing the FIFA Integrity Initiative and being responsible for other projects
  • Strengthening cooperation with regard to integrity, both internally (Administration Branch, Football Branch, etc.) and externally (confederations, member associations, integrity network, etc.)
  • Drafting and/or reviewing reports, regulations and guidelines related to integrity
  • Organising, conducting and participating in regular integrity/anti-match-manipulation workshops, events and training sessions
