The Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to deliver and report on our paid media campaigns, supporting a wide range of our teams including Arsenal Direct, Stadium Tours, Arsenal Women, Partnerships, Venue, Memberships and more.

You will ensure our campaign content is amplified and promoted to the highest standard and work collaboratively across our club to make sure all requirements are met whilst providing regular updates to our wider teams.

Your day-to-day

  • Create best in class campaigns – you’ll deliver, analyse and optimise our global paid media campaigns in line with strategic objectives, across all ad platforms but especially Google Ads and Meta
  • Champion innovation – you will continuously keep up to date with latest trends in paid media and advise the wider team on opportunities and campaign optimisation
  • Produce engaging content – you’ll diligently write engaging ad copy, setting up campaign structures and audiences which meet best practices with tailored ads
  • Proactively monitor and report – you will generate reports to analyse performance, inform optimisations and communicate results to the wider club
  • Collaborate with the wider team – you’ll support the wider Paid Media team to deliver wider campaigns when required

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar paid media role – you will have previous experience in a paid media role with a strong understanding of digital and social media marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills – you’ll be confident in data reporting with a good knowledge of website analytics
  • Technical expertise – you will have strong technical understanding of ad platform management including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms
  • Proactive team player – you’ll have experience of supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Flexibility – you will be able to support outside of traditional working hours to capitalise on key moments such as match days and transfer windows
