This is a critical new role to support our CEO and Executive Team, to deliver our ambitious Adventure strategy. As Executive Support Manager you will: 

  • Provide proactive executive support to our CEO, Executive Team and Board
  • Line manage and provide secondary cover for our Business Support Manager who is responsible for providing operations support for the wider organisation 
  • Build excellent working relationships with colleagues across the business and key external stakeholders
  • Establish efficient processes and reporting
  • Contribute to and lead special projects across various areas of the organisation
