Invitation to the 2012 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX OFFICIAL LAUNCH PARTY
June 28, 2012
iSportconnect wishes to bring your attention to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSHCC) and Mr Ecclestone’s 2012 FORMULA 1 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX OFFICIAL LAUNCH PARTY, order sponsored by BGC Partners and supported by Pirelli on the 4th of July.
In addition to being for a fantastic cause, pills the event will provide an excellent opportunity for sports business networking specifically in the motorsports sector.
The party will be held at London’s most dynamic events space, Battersea Evolution, and offers guests the chance to mingle with the F1™ teams and drivers as well as other celebrity guests. This will be the eighth year that the charity has hosted the only official F1™ Party in the UK. Formula 1™ pitlane reporter for Sky Sports, Natalie Pinkham, will be hosting the evening and that Tamara Ecclestone remains Creative Director of the event.
500 guests, including F1™ drivers and team principals, as well as a host of other famous faces will enjoy delicious cocktails, sumptuous canapés and bowl food throughout the evening. The party will feature live entertainment from a number of special guests, and thrilling auctions with an array of exclusive prizes up for grabs. Past attendees have included Bernie Ecclestone and family, Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button, Ross Brawn, Christian Horner, Mark Webber, Kamui Kobayashi, HRH Princess Beatrice of York, Holly Branson, Sam Branson and Henry Holland.
Since 2005, the relationship with F1™ has raised over £2.6 million towards the hospital’s new Heart and Lung Centre in the Morgan Stanley Clinical Building, which was officially opened just a few weeks ago. This year, the F1™ Party will begin fundraising for the new Surgery Centre, where some of the world’s most renowned paediatric surgeons will be operating on patients as young as a few hours through to 18 years old.
They hope to raise another incredible £500,000 this year and iSportconnect want to help them do it by extending our support by urging our members to attend.
