British Biathlon Union Reveal New Sponsor Ahead of Sochi 2014

January 29, 2014

The British Biathlon Union (BBU) has trevealed a sponsorship deal with Birmingham based Aspen Healthcare Solutions (UK) Limited (AHS).

The four year arrangement is worth a minimum of £ 250, viagra sale 000 over 4 years. It will ensure the survival of the BBU, which had been facing the very real prospect of ceasing to function, after the end of the current biathlon season in April due to a lack of funding.

“This is a most encouraging and generous development” said BBU Chairman André Oszmann. “It is the icing on our cake; coming just two weeks after the British Olympic Association selected two biathletes as part of Team GB for the forthcoming Olympic Winter Games in Sochi. Just three months ago it really did look as though Sochi would be the last Olympics for our biathletes. Now we
have a real chance to develop the sport in the UK, and together with AHS are already looking forward to the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, Korea”

Mike Moran MBE the CEO of Aspen Healthcare Solutions (UK) Limited stated that he “was absolutely delighted that AHS has entered into a partnership with the BBU. In addition to the two athletes going to Sochi, we are very excited to be able to support a number of very talented younger athletes who now have a definite goal as they aim for the 2018 Winter Olympics. Apart from the cash value of the sponsorship, we hope that we can support the development of British biathletes through our extensive global networks.”
