BostonCoach Acquires Naming Rights to Premium Lounge in Boston Celtic’s TD Garden
January 20, 2014
Worldwide shuttle service BostonCoach has bought the naming rights for TD Garden’s Premium Club lounge under an agreement that remains in place until 2018.
As a result, the lounge will now be known “BostonCoach Lounge.” Under the agreement, BostonCoach becomes the exclusive entitlement partner of the lounge. BostonCoach is also the official car service of the Boston Bruins.
BostonCoach, a limousine and black-car service, was founded in 1985 by Fidelity Investments chairman Edward “Ned” C. Johnson 3d. Last year, Fidelity sold BostonCoach to Harrison Global of Waltham, an owner of chauffeured limousines, car services, and taxis.
“The BostonCoach Lounge is located in the heart of the Premium Club and is a distinctive networking and entertaining area in the arena,” Amy Latimer, TD Garden president, said in a statement. “It’s a prime meeting spot for many of our Premium Club members and we’re excited to partner with BostonCoach, a locally owned international executive car service, to showcase their brand to our business clientele within this unique space.”
TD Garden is home to the NBA’s Boston Celtics and NHL’s Boston Bruins.
